@wenton this is exactly the reason why it shouldn't be in place, they should have recognized this problem last season and traded or drafted for someone. They should have done what the Cats did and bought in an experienced key position player that could play straight away.
The Dogs are a great example of a team that could really take advantage of a mid season trading/signing week because if they could bring in a key defender they'd be able to free up Lake to play forward for the rest of the season.
