- Youngster Tyson Goldsack returns to the team after being omitted to make way for Leon Davis last week.

- Michael Gardiner will miss due to a hamstring injury.
- Ben McEvoy returns to the team. McEvoy had played 8 straight games in the lead up to last week's Grand Final before being dropped to make way for Steven Baker.

- The Saints have omitted ruckman Ben McEvoy, the youngster has played the 8 straight games in the lead up to the Grand Final.
- Handman Steven Baker returns to the team after missing almost 2 months of football through suspension and injury.

- Steven Baker has again missed out on selection. Baker has been named as an emergency along with Jarryn Geary and Jack Steven.
- The Saints are unchanged from the team that defeated Geelong in the first week of the finals.
Western Bulldogs Team News:
- Dale Morris has recovered after missing the Bulldogs fist two finals due to a fracture in his back.
- Mitch Hahn has been omitted to make way for Morris.
- Midfielder Ryan Griffen is expected to play despite pulling out of training early on Thursday.
