Barry Hall announced today that 2011 will be his final year in AFL. Hall will without doubt be remembered as one of the great key forwards of the modern era. But his misdemeanors won’t be forgotten. Hall will go down as one of the most physically devastating players to ever play the game.

In honour of Big Bad Bustling's great career, Player Rater present's Barry's YouTube timeline:

2001 - Hawthorn v St Kilda: Hall wins the game after the siren against the Hawks in what turned out to be his last kick for the Saints before moving to the Swans.

2004 - Port Adelaide v Sydney: Michael Wilson lays a great bump on Barry.

2005 - St Kilda v Sydney: Hall gets away with a cheeky one, jabbing Matt Maguire in the stomach, freeing himself up to take an open mark.

2006 - Sydney v West Coast: Hall breaks through two would be tacklers, but then gets clotheslined by Chris Judd. Quartermain’s commentary is priceless.

2007 - Barry Hall v Broadford: Barry fronts an ad for Ford. Barry Hall… helping grass roots footy grow.

2007 - Collingwood v Sydney: Late in the game, with his side losing, Hall dumps Heath Shaw in a tackle, but Shaw gets the last laugh…  “It’s over!”

2008 - Sydney v West Coast: Hall snaps, knocking out Eagles defender Brent Staker.

2008 - Sydney v West Coast: From the same game, Hall breaks the boundary line advertising board.

2008 - Rove Live: Rove thinks Barry’s “brain snap” might have been due to really cold Gatorade.

2008 - Sydney v Collingwood: After returning from suspension, Barry has another go, taking a swipe at Pies defender Shane Wakelin.

2009 - The Footy Show: Sam Newman's parody of Barry Hall for CGU.

2009 - Sydney v Adelaide (Seven News): Hall’s at it again, hitting Adelaide defender Ben Rutten.

2009 - AFL Game Day: Seven facts about Barry Hall. “Number 3: Barry Hall is so tough, sharks wear necklaces with his teeth on them.”

2010 - Bulldogs v Collingwood: Hall clips Sharrod Wellingham in a marking contest then takes to Leigh Brown and Harry O’Brien.

2010 - Collingwood v Bulldogs: Hall gives away 2 free kicks then Harry O’Brien gets stuck in and starts running his mouth. Youtube user goldensufer16 sums it up best… “if Hall was serious, harry o and several other collingwood players would be in the intensive care unit!”

2010 - Bulldogs v Hawthorn: Barry’s first goal for the Dogs!

2010 - North Melbourne v Bulldogs: After being continually aggravated, Hall finally loses it and gets Roos defender Scott Thompson in a sleeper hold, then takes on the rest of the team.

2010 - Bulldogs v Port Adelaide: Hall winds back the clock with a big pack mark.

2011 - Bulldogs v Gold Coast: The umpire helps Barry out, paying a 50 metre penalty, walking him to the goal square to kick his 700th career goal.

2011 - Bulldogs v Carlton: He’s still got it! Barry dribbles one home from the pocket.
